POSITION: Staff Accountant

POSITION LOCATION: Crystal Lake, IL

HOURLY RANGE: $22.50 - $26.25

The Staff Accountant will be part of the accounting group and report directly to the Accounting Manager. This essential position will be responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of Baxter & Woodman clients. This position will have a high degree of interaction with clients and company staff.

POSITION DUTIES:

• Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms and invoicing schedule.
• Prepare and complete special forms per clients’ request.
• Provide monthly statements to clients.
• Review contracts and setup projects.
• Project analysis, working with project managers and assisting clients.
• Review and approve employee expenses.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in General Business or Accounting from an accredited university.
• Highly developed organizational, mathematical, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
